When you move beyond survival mode, parenting feels lighter. You find more calm in your days, deeper connection with your child, and the confidence to handle challenges with clarity and hope.
I'M KATHLEEN HARTMAN, AND I'M YOUR PARENT COACH.
Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel uncertain at times. It’s natural to wonder if you’re doing enough, or if you’re doing it ‘right.’ Here, you’ll find a space of compassion and understanding. My role is to guide you toward greater clarity, practical strategies, and a deeper sense of confidence—so you and your child can thrive in ways that feel true to who you both are.
“Words are not enough! Working with Kathleen was some of the most fun I've ever had. I came to most of our sessions with lots of thoughts, not really sensing where any of it would lead, but knowing I was feeling overwhelmed. Kathleen somehow always brought me to the heart of the issue. She was totally in tune with how I was feeling and thinking - I really feel like she went along for the ride with me! She helped me regain my clarity and empowered me to act in service of myself. You could not ask for a wiser, more empathetic or kindhearted guide.”

“Kathleen is a complete pleasure to work with. She really helped me come to terms with deep-rooted fears and needs that I had buried. She helped me feel proud of who I am and be honest about what I need. I left each session with Kathleen realizing something new about myself, and feeling excited (not overwhelmed!) to know myself a little more deeply with her help.”
