Dear Future Client,
My parenting journey shifted after a tragedy—when my husband passed away suddenly, I found myself parenting my neurodivergent son alone. I was overwhelmed with grief, confusion, and uncertainty about how to support him.
A few years later, I began working with a coach, and the experience transformed both my parenting and our relationship. I learned to see my son more clearly, to walk alongside him without letting my fears and expectations get in the way, and to create a home filled with trust, peace, and connection.
I know how lonely and overwhelming this journey can feel. With the right support, however, it’s possible to find calm, clarity, and confidence as a parent. That’s why I do this work—to guide other parents toward the same transformation that changed my life and my relationship with my child.
"Kathleen made me feel so seen, so held, so supported. She helped me come back to myself over and over again. I gained so much clarity around how I function best and my vision for the future."
"Kathleen has a really amazing, magnetic energy. Kathleen was able to get to my core and make me feel good about it. Every session felt positive and energizing, versus sad and overwhelming."
"I decided to work with Kathleen because of her warm and open presence. It was clear right from the beginning she would hear and be empathetic to even my tiniest struggle. And when we spoke she was so genuinely interested in my story. I felt very cared for."
"I have worked with therapists, medical doctors, and psychiatrists. But they want to diagnose and treat you rather than listen and develope a plan with you like a coach does. It felt relieving to be the expert on myself, and to have an equal partnership with the professional I was working with."
"Kathleen is professional. She's gentle and curious. She asks the right questions and guides you through the process with optimism."
"Kathleen is a compassionate space holder whom you will never feel judged by. She tenderly reflects your words, and offers reframes while validating your experiences to help with acceptance and moving through certain emotional turmoil."
